Rules & Expectations:
1. Come to class on time. This is high school. Do not interrupt class by walking in late.
2.
Attend to personal needs before coming to class. This is high school. Students are given enough time between classes to use
the bathroom, so please do not ask for a pass unless you have a true emergency.
3.
Bring required materials every day unless you are otherwise directed. This is high school. Do not come into class and ask
if you need your textbook and writing materials. Bring them everyday!
4. Talk only when permitted
using polite speech and body language. This is high school. This is a simple common courtesy rule and swearing is never permitted.
5.
Turn assignments in on time. This is high school! Assignments are practice for the real world. When you have a job to perform
there are task that must be completed in a certain amount of time. School is your job, and training for your future.
Discipline Policy:
- 1st Infraction – Warning
- 2nd
Infraction – Sent to Office and Letter Sent Home explaining infraction.
- 3rd
Infraction - Sent to Office, Phone Call Home, Possible Suspension
- 4th
Infraction – Phone Call Home, Suspension
(I have never had to go past step 2, but this was the policy at my previous job.)
