Mrs. Howard teaches 6th grade Science, Math, and Social Studies.

February 20th, 2012

Dear Parents:

This Friday will take a final test over Oceans material, and will then begin working on an independent study project concerning a marine creature or scientist.

As we are learning about history and religion of the Middle East in Social Studies, our religion studies tie into this perfectly.  We will also bring in some Core Knowledge Curriculum over Mesopotamia.   We are still gathering information for the Religion Projects.  Students should be ready to start putting parts of their presentations together, as it will be given this spring.

Next Monday, 2/27, is a Teacher Training Day,  and there is no school.

Please feel free to come by the school anytime, call me at 347-2411, or email me at
meghanhoward@mvsd11.org.

Thank you for your support!
